Dr. Dharam P. Pandey has dedicated over 25 years to advancing physiotherapy and rehabilitation sciences in India. Since entering clinical practice in New Delhi in 1999, he has built a career spanning three domains at once — direct patient care, published clinical research, and the design of rehabilitation services at institutional scale.
He is Director and Head of the Department of Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Sciences at Manipal Hospitals Dwarka, Managing Director and co-founder of APARC Healthcare — now fifteen centres across Delhi, Gurugram, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Pune — and Director of Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Sciences at ShardaCare HealthCity, Greater Noida.
He also serves as National Chairman of the Drafting & Quality Standardization Committee of the Indian Association of Physiotherapists, and is a Past President of its Delhi State Chapter — an active role in shaping national physiotherapy policy and education standards.
His clinical focus is neurorehabilitation — stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury and Parkinson's disease — and his research sits where that work meets emerging technology: brain–computer interfaces for motor recovery, frequency-tuned electromagnetic field stimulation, and AI-supported telerehabilitation. Over two decades of practice he developed F-MATS, the assessment and treatment framework now used across every centre he leads.
